Returns 45 degrees electrical corner wire.

Parameters:

• cross_section (CrossSection | str | dict[str, Any] | Callable[[...], CrossSection] | SymmetricalCrossSection | DCrossSection) – spec.

• width (float | None) – optional width. Defaults to cross_section width.
